I wanted to use a personal domain name for email and have a Web location to experiment. I picked up a domain name via Network Solutions and then connected it to Google Apps for my email. It is fun sometimes to do the basics yourself as I have not been doing technical implementation for several years. Just playing around demonstrates how many tools exist to make it easy to establish a digital presence. So please don't take this domain/web-site as a representation of capabilities or my interests. At this time this domain is really just for email but I did want the WWW/http to resolve. Happy Holidays to everyone and a blessed 2016!
